I recently stopped by Ben’s Big Bowl, a cozy little pho spot, and was really impressed! The menu is simple but packed with delicious options. I tried the classic beef pho, and it was full of flavor – the broth was rich, and the portions were just right. The real highlight of my visit was the friendly service from my server, Alison. She was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Alison was quick to offer recommendations and checked in just enough without being overbearing.
