Megadecimal's 5 Star Review For Chappy's Restaurant & Lounge in Regina, SK
This is a classic Canadian diner with classic Canadian food. They have good portions for the price. It feels like stepping back 10 or 15 years for a down to earth restaurant. The bar features a couple arcades and TVs. And it's fairly laid back. I think it's open for breakfast too. You can get a great Classic Canadian diner breakfast!
