Dolphin is a hidden gem offering a delightful fusion of Vietnamese and Korean flavors. The Korean BBQ short ribs (galbi) are simply outstanding. Marinated to perfection with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and a hint of sweetness, the ribs are grilled to a tender, juicy, and slightly charred finish. The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff make the dining experience even better. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or Korean BBQ, Dolphin's short ribs are a must-try. Will definitely be coming back to the other menu items
