Had pickerel tonight. It was the most delicious fish and light and tasty batter. I would think they could probably put the french fries in a little bit longer, but I guess you can just ask for them to be well done - guy behind the counter was very personable, was an excellent experience. French fries just need to be done a little more and then it's 100%
