Sergio Rojas' 5 Star Review For Gabby's Peruvian Restaurant in Wichita, KS
Simple yet elegantly made dishes, I asked for the favorite, except that I asked for added spice (they kindly added fresh sizzling jalapeño) to the dish. Taste and texture were on point. The 5 hours of travel here was well worth my wait as I did not eat anything since this morning just to fully savor every bite. Beautiful staff!
