Carrie Hendrickson's 1 Star Review For Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria in Wichita, KS

I love their pizzas but the staff is completely indifferent to their guests. We do pick up from the Hopping Gnome and I never feel like they care. We also always ask to have the pizza cut. It’s a required question on the order form and yet we’ve never gotten it cut. I asked for napkins and plastic ware tonight. Literally got 2 napkins and was told they have no plastic ware. I don’t know how much business the Gnome clientele gives them but you would think it would be enough for utensils. But maybe not. I think tonight is probably the last time we plan on ordering a pizza here. We will stop at Picassos and pick up a couple of slices to go. Very disappointed. My husband asked for a refund because of the lack of service and rudeness. No one in the store can authorize that so now we wait…. Btw the order system told me 15 minutes for order. I went over to the restaurant and was told it would be 10 minutes more so I went back. I was told at that time they had napkins and utensils. Hum??
