We had a wonderful family lunch at The Flats and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The food was excellent and offered at a great price — truly worth it. What made it even more special was the exceptional customer service. A huge appreciation to our server, Lei, who went above and beyond to make our rare family dine-out memorable as we celebrated a special day. Her warm and attentive service made us feel truly valued. Thank you so much , Leo and The Flats, for the great food, pleasant ambiance, and outstanding service. We are grateful and will definitely have this place on top of our list for future visits. Keep up the excellent work!
