Every time we order at the drive-thru in evening, we end up waiting 5–10 minutes before anyone responds. No one even asks us to hold or wait. I usually say “hello” 4–5 times but get no reply. I understand that staff can be busy, but at least acknowledge customers and ask them to wait. Otherwise, people sitting at the speaker start wondering if the system is even working. This has happened multiple times and needs improvement.
